You don’t have to be a “feelings guy” to get something out of therapy.

If you’re here, maybe something’s not working. Maybe your partner suggested therapy. Maybe work is overwhelming. Maybe you’re tired of overthinking everything but still feeling stuck. Or maybe you’re just asking bigger questions lately—about who you are, what you want, and what’s supposed to come next.

Some people come in during a full-blown crisis. Others show up because something’s felt off for a while and they’re ready to make a change. Either way, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to want things to be different.

Therapy for Men

What We Can Work On

  • Relationship struggles—whether you’re dating, fighting with your partner, or trying to figure out what a long-term relationship should even look like

  • Stress at work or feeling like you’re constantly on edge

  • Social anxiety or always feeling a little out of step with everyone else

  • How to deal with stress or anger instead blowing up or shutting down

  • Big-picture questions about your life, your future, and whether this is really it

  • That nagging sense that something’s off—even if you can’t quite name what it is

  • Letting go of the pressure to “just be positive” and finding a more honest way forward

  • Getting more comfortable with emotional conversations—especially in close relationships

You don’t have to believe in therapy to try it. You just have to be curious enough to start.

What Therapy Is Like With Me

I work well with people who tend to question things—even therapy itself. Folks who use humor to deal with hard stuff, who think a lot but don’t always know how to translate that into action. People who want strong relationships and a calmer mind, but aren’t looking to sit in a room and over-explain their childhood.

Sessions are collaborative and low-pressure. I’ll meet you where you are, offer feedback, and help you make sense of what’s really going on—without pushing you to perform emotions or pretend everything’s fine.

I keep things real, thoughtful, and relaxed. I’ll bring perspective, offer tools when it makes sense, and help you sort through what’s actually worth your time and headspace. We’ll talk honestly, look at what’s getting in your way, and try some new ways of approaching stress, conflict, and connection.

There’s no one way to do therapy. We’ll figure out what works best for you. You just have to be willing to get curious.
