A no-obligation opportunity to talk about what you’d like to work on in therapy and what you’re looking for in a therapist. If we decide on the call that I’m not able to meet your needs, I’ll provide referrals to other clinicians who might be a better fit and/or resources to help guide your next steps. No. At this time, I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider.
Providing accessible care is important to me, so I do offer a limited number of reduced fee spots from $85-110 per session on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re interested in working with me and would like to explore reduced fee options, please reach out at hello@resonancepsychotherapytx.com or via my Contact Page or click here to book a free 20 minute consultation call.

I typically see clients weekly or every other week (bimonthly). We’ll work together on finding a consistent meeting time that works for us both.
I recommend weekly sessions for at least the first 4-6 weeks at the beginning of therapy so we can gain some momentum and get a solid understanding on where we’re going together.
After that, we’ll assess what frequency is best for you based on what we’re working on and any logistic or financial considerations you have.

Great! The first step is scheduling a free 20-minute consultation call. Click here to book some time on my calendar.
In the call, we’ll talk about what you’re looking for in therapy, your counseling history and goals, and I’ll share a bit about my approach. You’re welcome to ask me anything—about therapy, my style, or anything else on your mind.
If it feels like a good fit, we can schedule your first session. If not, I’m happy to offer referrals to other therapists who might be a better match. There’s no pressure—this call is simply a chance for us to get to know each other.
